What we see

Three things we see in almost every organization

  1. Projects start on the side

    Someone builds something with tools you already have. It never becomes an official investment, so whether it goes anywhere depends on one person.

  2. They are judged on the technology

    Nobody asks what the project needs from your people: who owns it, whose role changes, whether the team is ready. Later, people quietly work against it.

  3. Pilots succeed outside the business

    A vendor or a separate team builds it, it works, and it never becomes part of how you actually run.

How the in-house training works

  • Three days with your own people, working on your own AI projects.
  • For one team, department or business unit with one budget. 12 to 20 people.
  • Run by Bar Schwartz and Filipe Saldanha.
  • Afterwards, an optional six-month coaching program for the people who will run it.

  • Taught on prepared cases, so nothing confidential and nothing to prepare.

Details and terms
Dates
19 to 21 January 2027, 09:00 to 16:00 CET each day, online.
Places
12 to 16 people, minimum eight. If we have not reached eight by 9 January the course moves and every fee is refunded in full.
Fee
CHF 1,950 per person for this first run. The standard fee afterwards is CHF 2,400.
Included
Every material and case, yours to keep, and a 45 minute private session with Bar or Filipe within 30 days.
Certificate
Of completion for the three days. The Academy certification is earned in the six-month program, not here.
Changing your mind
Free up to 21 days before. Half the fee up to 7 days before. You can send a colleague instead at any point, at no cost.
